We strongly encourage all users to trade with reputable, established members of our community. Check seller ratings, transaction history, and account age before making significant purchases. New sellers with limited history may pose higher risks.
Guardians are trusted community members who provide optional mediation services for disputes. This is a paid service that users can choose to utilize when conflicts arise.
While we cannot enforce legal remedies, we maintain the right to manage accounts and community access to ensure a safe trading environment for all users.
First-time or minor violations may result in warnings and educational guidance.
Temporary limitations on account features or trading capabilities.
Permanent account closure for serious or repeated violations.
Users are encouraged to resolve issues directly through our messaging system before escalating.
Users may choose to engage a Guardian for professional mediation services (fees apply).
Our team may review cases involving policy violations and take appropriate account actions.
For legal matters, users must pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels outside our platform.
All payments between users are processed through secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not handle or store payment information.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
